What Is A "Misfit"?
A person whose behavior or attitude sets them apart from others in a conspicuous way.
Misfit Training Academy is an inclusive fitness community and home to CrossFit MTA. We offer CrossFit classes, CrossFit Kids classes, Foundations, personal training, and clinics for Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Gymnastics. In addition to having qualified coaches to meet your fitness needs, we also have a Precision Nutrition coach on staff to help you dial in your nutrition.

WHAT SETS US APART?
CrossFit MTA offers a CrossFit Kids program that is sure to be fun, collaborative, and engaging. Kids will learn foundational CrossFit movements that will carry over to everyday life and other extracurricular activities.
At the very base of the CrossFit hierarchy is nutrition, and CrossFit MTA has a certified Precision Nutrition coach on staff to help you with all your nutritional needs. Services include customized macros, a personalized nutrition report, check-ins, and more.
CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of limitations or an individual's abilities. CrossFit MTA has a certified Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer on staff to conduct fitness training and improve health for people with disabilities and maintain an inclusive setting.
